Welcome to Nat Fresh! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
1. Orders, Shipping, and Quality Control

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.

Quality Check: Before dispatch, every product undergoes a double-check quality inspection by the Nat Fresh team to minimize errors and ensure the integrity of the item shipped to you.

Delivery and Acceptance: The responsibility for checking the product condition at the time of delivery lies with the customer. You must not accept delivery of any package that appears to be open, damaged, or tampered with. If the package is open or damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify our Customer Care immediately.
2. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Due to the nature of our products (foodstuff) and for safety and hygiene reasons, our return policy is strictly limited.

No Returns on Delivered Products: Once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, Nat Fresh DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the safety and quality of all our food products.

Incorrect Item Shipped (Our Error): If, by mistake, we have shipped a wrong item that does not match your order, you must contact our Customer Care Team immediately (we recommend within 1 working day of delivery). We will assess the situation. For a refund or replacement to be considered, the incorrect product must be returned to us in its original state: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Crucial Condition for Refund: The refund or replacement will be processed ONLY IF the wrong item shipped has NOT been opened, used, or tampered with. Opening the incorrect food product voids the possibility of a refund or replacement due to food safety regulations.

Undeniable Returns (Exceptional Circumstances): In the rare, undeniable situation where a return is authorized by Nat Fresh (e.g., verified delivery refusal due to damage, or our error in shipping the wrong, unopened item):

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, the refund process will be initiated.

The refund will be processed and initiated within 2 Working Days of our receipt of the returned item.

The refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment. The time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account is subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times (typically 5-10 working days).
